Solution:
If budgets are slightly cut in regards to technology, there would be available funds for music education. Since most musical rehearsals occur after school hours, it would be feasible to combine the bands, choirs, or orchestras of 2 or 3 different schools, producing a lower cost.

We should do away with the ratings system altogether. The ratings system only serves Hollywood. Movies should have release requirements whereby movie makers are required to provide a detailed summary of features in the film such as nudity, sex scenes, drug use, language, violence and gore, and thematic material. The government needs to offer incentives for going into primary care. Primary care physicians just do not make enough to pay of med school debts. If the government offered to pay at least part of the debts, many more doctors would choose primary care.
